STEP 1 – FUNDAMENTALS OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

The fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle are: eating right, exercise, rest and managing stress, reducing toxic load, informed self-care, and proactive medical care.
If we are eating well, but still live surrounded by toxins, we won't be fully healthy. If we start exercising, but have an unbalanced diet, we still won't be completely healthy. We need a balance in all areas to truly live a healthy lifestyle.
