PEPPERMINT FOOT SOAK RECIPE
• 1/4 c. Baking Soda
• 3/4 c. Epsom Salts or Himalayan Salts

To a foot basin, add Baking Soda and Salts. Then add the Essential Oil, mixing with hands after. Add in water. Soak your feet for twenty minutes or so. They will feel soothed and revived. Your tired, achy feet will thank you for a relaxing Peppermint Foot Soak.
