STEP 16 – TOXIN FREE SLEEP ROUTINE

Getting a good night’s SLEEP is essential for everything you’ll do the next day. It contributes to your mood, mental abilities, focus and attention span, decision-making skills, and more.

Sleep can also be a source of frustration and stress if you have trouble getting quality sleep. When we’ve tried hot baths, warm milk, window darkening shades, and every other hack we can think of but still don’t feel rested, it can be tempting to reach for a sleep aid.
