• Find a friend—It makes things easier when you have an accountability partner.
• Make a chart—Know what you want to do and when you do it.
• Have a goal—Small steps will get you to your goal. Do just a little bit more than yesterday!
• Be consistent—If you fall off the wagon, get back on!
