STEP 20 – DIGESTIVE SUPPORT FOR TEENAGERS

It is usually during the time before a child becomes a teenager that huge changes begin to occur in the brain and body, and this process requires a great deal of energy.

Understandably, teens are often tired due to the enormous changes going on inside them.

The brain is pruning sections that it doesn’t need, and maturing other areas, bones are being changed and shaped for adulthood, and the reproductive system is developing and maturing. Hormones and emotions are at an all-time high—and this can upset the digestive system, and leave the immune system weak.

Regular exercise, stress management skills, and eating a healthy, unprocessed diet, can all help teenagers to remain healthy. A well-functioning digestive system will greatly support teenagers to maintain brain health and focus, emotional health, and to keep the immune system strong, at a time when bodily changes can leave them vulnerable to infection.

PRACTICAL USES

• Diffuse to uplift mood.

• Apply to toothbrush before brushing teeth for fresh breath.

• Add a drop or two to any dessert, drink, salad, or entrée for flavoring and to promote digestion.*

• For occasional stomach upset, add one to two drops to water and drink.*

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

DIFFUSION: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
INTERNAL USE: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
TOPICAL USE: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.

HIT ACNE ON THE HEAD RECIPE

• 3 drops Spearmint Essential Oil

• 4 drops Blue Tansy Essential Oil

• 2 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil

Add to a 10ml roller bottle and fill with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply to facial area and neck before bed to support skin health and integrity.
